Legal
Terms of Use
Effective September 24, 2026
Antoho is operated by Diego Figarella and Carlo Pinilla. By creating or joining a room, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Antoho.
Use the service responsibly
You must be at least 13 to use Antoho and legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. The bars and clubs mode, and the combined mode that includes them, are for adults only: you must be at least 19, and at least the legal drinking age where you are, to use those modes. See Bars, clubs, and alcohol below. Do not use Antoho to break the law, harass people, impersonate someone, collect personal information, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or upload unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
Rooms and content
Keep room codes and participant content private. You are responsible for the name, preferences, media, captions, reactions, and other material you contribute, and must have the rights and permission to share it. You keep ownership of your content, but give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and process it solely to operate and improve Antoho. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law.
Places and recommendations
Antoho is a planning tool, not a booking, safety, dietary, accessibility, or medical advice service. Place details, prices, hours, availability, and recommendations can change or be inaccurate. Confirm important details directly with the venue before you go.
Recommendations and place summaries are generated automatically, partly by AI. They are suggestions, not endorsements, verification, or professional advice, and they can be incomplete or simply wrong, including about hours, prices, menus, allergens, accessibility, and whether a place is still open. Never rely on Antoho for a dietary, allergy, medical, or safety decision.
Place and map data comes from the Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
Bars, clubs, and alcohol
The bars and clubs mode, and the combined mode, are restricted to users who are at least 19 and who meet the legal drinking age where they are. Nineteen is the legal drinking age in Ontario, where Antoho is operated, and it is higher in some places — 21 in the United States, for example. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you are. The restaurants mode has no such restriction.
Nothing in the service is an invitation or encouragement to drink, and we do not verify anyone's age — the age requirement is a condition of use that you confirm yourself, not something we check. Venues set their own age, dress, capacity, and admission policies and may refuse entry for any lawful reason.
Do not drink and drive. Plan safe transportation before you go.
Venues and what happens offline
We do not own, operate, inspect, endorse, or control any venue shown in Antoho, and we have no relationship with them. Deciding to visit a place, and everything that happens once you leave the app, is entirely between you, the people you are with, and the venue. To the extent permitted by law, Diego Figarella and Carlo Pinilla are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, cost, or dispute arising from a venue visit, a group's decision, or the conduct of anyone in a room.
Reporting content and copyright
Only upload photos, videos, captions, and other content you created or have permission to share, and only with the consent of anyone recognizable in it. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else.
To report content that is infringing, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise against these Terms, email diegofigarella@hotmail.com with: the room code, a description of the content and when it was posted, why it should be removed, and how we can reach you. For a copyright claim, also identify the work you own, and include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate. We review reports and may remove content, restrict a room, or block a device. Submitting knowingly false reports is a misuse of the service.
Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Antoho is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular recommendation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only as far as allowed by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and Diego Figarella and Carlo Pinilla agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. If you use Antoho somewhere else, you are responsible for complying with local law, and nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue the service or these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Send questions, legal notices, and content reports to diegofigarella@hotmail.com.
